Myra specializes in corrective exercise and TRX.   She is also passionate about youth training.   She enjoys hearing about your fitness goals and together developing a plan to get you there.  

Tammy Clay

Tammy Clay

Tammy has always been interested in fitness and exercise. She loves to see clients recognize the movement of their bodies in space, discover how capable they truly are, and be part of the experience that challenges both their bodies and minds.  Several years ago she discovered Pilates, and she quickly grew passionate about the movement and how challenging Pilates truly is. Soon after she began her teacher training, in Mat and Reformer.

Dayle can help you perform a total body, integrated workout using proper form to build core strength and help you get motivated. She specializes in functional exercise and TRX suspension. Dayle is an AFAA certified personal trainer, an ACE certified group fitness instructor and a certified TRX suspension trainer. 

Macy Rupska

Macy stepped out of an advertising job and pursued a M.S. in Exercise Science, an ACE personal training certification, and a yoga teaching and therapy certification with YogaFit International. She loves continuing education and keeps exercise routines fresh by tailoring plans to clients’ individual needs. No two sessions are the same!

Nancy is an advocate of functional movement and strength training, as well as boot camp-style training. She has learned how to use training time more wisely by training more intensely, therefore not having to spend hours each day exercising. Nancy loves to vary training to enhance the effectiveness and keep things interesting and fun for her clients.

Gary Storr

Gary is passionate about helping people achieve lifelong fitness.  He believes that physical fitness goes hand in hand with a nutritional program.  In addition to Personal Training, Gary also leads classes in Total Body Strength and Boot Camps.
