Cardio Circuit Training
A fast paced workout to improve body conditioning and endurance. Participants. You’ll quickly rotate through various stations, each comprised of a specific exercise.
Cardio Core & HIIT
Build your flexibility, muscle strength and endurance in legs, abs, arms, hips and back. Emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment. Increase functional fitness and improve balance. This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. It’s cardio exercise bundled with core training for a complete workout. All-Levels.
This is a Intermediate to Advanced boot camp for those who want a Saturday morning push. It’s designed to be different to get you out of your comfort zone and challenge you every class. This is a hard class that is also tons of fun – but be prepared for some high intensity training!
High Intensity Intervals
Kick off your week with a high-intensity full body workout! With a “go at your own pace” model, you’ll be encouraged to push your limits and challenge yourself with circuit training in a fun environment. A fantastic way to make the most of your Monday!
Kettlebell & Dumbell
A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with kettlebells and dumbells , ending with abs. All-Levels.
Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. Our classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance. Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.
Power and Performance
Power and Performance is a class for athletes in training, weekend warriors looking to up their game, and anyone else looking for a fun way to experience intense cardio and strength training to boost metabolism, increase anaerobic threshold and build overall strength! In this class you’ll use cool equipment like sleds, ropes, and the acclaimed VertiMax to improve speed, vertical jump, agility, core strength and explosive power. Stretch and Mobility
Take care of your body and prepare it for the stress placed on it during workouts and your normal day. This class will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam roller, lacrosse ball, strength band, band, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.
This strength based class will target all muscle groups allowing you to increases your stamina and aerobic fitness while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and core strength training and stretching for a complete workout.
Fast-paced interval workout designed to raise your heart rate into the anaerobic zone through 20-second bursts of a high-intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Great for building endurance and burning calories both during and after your workout.
A total body workout that simultaneously develops strength, flexibility, balance and core stability through use of a TRX Suspension Trainer. With the TRX tool, you’ll work against your own body weight to deliver an effective and fun way to increase endurance and build core strength.
Total Body Blast
Start the weekend off right with this non-stop, energy-packed, cross-training cardio class. A little bit of everything and a whole lot of fun!!
Total Body Strength
A 60 minute workout that targets all areas of the body. There is minimal rest between exercises. And exercises alternate between upper and lower body to make your body and mind work harder! High calorie burn without high impact.
Yoga for Recovery
Structured around recovery, this is your mid-week reboot! Use traditional yoga poses that are backed by exercise science to restore your body and mind. Options will be given for those just starting to explore yoga’s benefits and for participants who are experienced practitioners.
