GROUP FITNESS
We offer a variety of classes, 6 days a week. Everything from Total Body Strength to TRX Suspension training is available to meet your needs.

PROGRAM PRICING
Purchase a monthly membership to attend unlimited classes, a “10 Class” virtual punch-card, or a “Single Class” at a time.
